Infinity Health is a federally qualified health center that provides primary, preventive health care services to those living in southern Iowa and northern Missouri. We provide comprehensive, high quality services including medical, behavioral, dental, substance abuse, vision, mammography and an in-house pharmacy as well as a sliding fee program to assist those who qualify.

Infinity Health was established as Community Health Centers of Southern Iowa in 2005, providing medical services in Leon and Lamoni. Today, the health care organization serves patients in 11 locations and employs over 150 staff members. We pride ourselves in being members of the communities we serve, and our doors are open to anyone and everyone who needs our help – regardless of their income or insurance.

Available at our Leon and Osceola locations, our dentists and oral health teams work to provide affordable, full-service treatment available for patients, including dental cleanings, extractions, restorations and more.

Access Center

We operate an Access Center that’s open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, year round in Osceola, where our experienced professionals assess and stabilize people in crisis. Services from the Access Center are a cost-effective way to connect residents with local treatment and the help that is so critical to their overall wellbeing.
