Preventive Health Care
Preventive health care deals with the prevention of illness to decrease the burden of disease and associated risk factors. This includes examples such as screenings and check-ups like mammograms and colonoscopies, blood pressure, diabetes and cholesterol tests, immunizations, and patient counseling to combat other health problems.

Hormone Replacement Therapy
Do you have weight gain, loss of muscle mass, hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disturbances, loss of libido, cognitive decline, insulin resistance, vaginal dryness and more? Terrilee is one of a very few providers in Iowa certified in Advanced Bioidentical Hormone Replacement (BHRT) Therapy. Many factors are considered when determining if BHRT is right for each patient, including thyroid and adrenal function, hysterectomy, age, history of hormonal cancers, family history and risk factors, weight, diet/exercise, tobacco use, and/or previous pharmaceutical agents and responses. The goal of replacement of hormones involves replenishing hormones to optimal levels that eliminate or reduce symptoms, not exceeding normal age related lab limits. Well Child Visits
Well baby visits are available for Infinity Health patients who are parents, where they can check on their child’s health and make sure they’re growing and developing normally. These visits typically begin a few days after children are born and can continue until they turn 18 years old.

Weight Loss Consultation
Weight loss consultations are tracking plans to help patients lose weight. Patients and providers will review health and medical history, current lifestyle and exercise habits, determine your body mass index (BMI) and get a measurement of your weight in relation to your height.

Diabetes is a chronic health condition that affects how your body turns food into energy. When a patient is diabetic or tests with high levels of blood sugar, our providers offer the education needed to help manage and improve your health.

3D Mammography
3D mammography is an imaging test that combines multiple breast X-rays to create a three-dimensional picture of the breast. A 3D mammogram is used to look for breast cancer in people who have no signs or symptoms.

Infinity Health offers vision services at the Leon office, where patients are provided complete eye exams (to include frames and lenses), pre-operative evaluations (cataract referrals) and post-operative exams.
