Kevin Comer joined Infinity Health in 2007. Mr. Comer earned his Master of Science from Drake University. Kevin provides behavioral health services in the Corydon and Chariton locations.

Evelyn Conrad joined Infinity Health in 2009. Ms. Conrad earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland. She currently provides services to patients in the Lamoni office.

Kacey Courtney joined Infinity Health in 2022.  She earned her MA degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University with graduate certificates in Trauma counseling and Marriage, Couple, and Family counseling.  She is currently providing counseling services in our Leon and Lamoni offices.

Jena Ellerhoff, DNP, ARNP, AGPCNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, earned her Bachelor of Arts, Master of Science in Nursing, and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees from the University of Iowa. She is dual certified in Adult Geriatric Primary Care and Psychiatry. Dr. Ellerhoff provides psychiatric services to patients at Centerville, Corydon, Leon, and Osceola clinics.

Lauren Guilkey joined Infinity Health in June 2022.  She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.  She earned her Masters of Science in Counseling from the University of Central Missouri-Warrensburg.  She currently provides Behavioral Health services in person to patients in the Princeton, MO office.  Ms. Guilkey also provides tele therapy services to patients through the Harrison County Hospital in Bethany, MO.  She serves patients from 2 years to adulthood.

Kylie Kent joined Infinity Health in 2023. Kylie earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Iowa. Kylie provides behavioral health services in the Corydon location.

Regina Lassabe joined Infinity Health in 2017. Ms. Lassabe graduated from Capella University with her Masters in Mental Health Counseling. Ms. Lassabe is also a Certified Addictions Informed Mental Health Professional and a Certified Shame Informed Treatment Specialist. She currently serves patients in the Centerville office. Ms. Lassabe serves as the Assistant Behavioral Health Director for the organization.

Sandy Marcus was born and raised in rural southern Iowa. She began her nursing career in southern Iowa as an LPN, then several years later made the decision to obtain her RN. After working for three years as an RN, Sandy obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Feeling a calling for a change in direction, Sandy decided to work toward her Masters in Nursing and focus on becoming a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

Sandy offers psychiatric assessment, diagnosis and medication management for patients. She has a great desire to bring healing to individuals’ mental health through therapy and medication management. Sandy offers services at our Osceola and Leon locations and currently serves as the Psychiatric Program Director.

Danielle O’Brien-Day joined Infinity Health in 2010. Ms. O’Brien-Day earned her Master of Science from St. Cloud State University. She currently serves patients in the Chariton office and surrounding schools. Ms. O’Brien-Day serves as the Behavioral Health Director for the organization.

Daniell Peterson, CADC, BA joined CHCSI in 2019. Ms. Peterson earned her Bachelors in Human Services & Psychology with minors in Sociology and Trauma Advocacy from Buena Vista University. She is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor with a passion to help. She is currently providing services in our Chariton and Albia offices.

Aneka Spencer, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker originally from Illinois and currently residing in Kansas. Aneka attended Chicago State University, where she completed her Master of Social Work. With over five years of experience, Aneka has assisted clients in both outpatient and telehealth settings. Aneka is currently providing telehealth services for our Knoxville, Osceola and Albia locations.

Jennifer Spoerl, ARNP, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC  joined Infinity Health in 2014. Jennifer earned her Bachelor and Masters degrees from Clarkson College and then earned her Post Master’s Certificate in mental health from the University of Cincinnati. Jennifer is dual certified as both a family nurse practitioner and as a  psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.   She is currently providing services in our Leon, Lamoni and Knoxville locations, as well as the Osceola Access Center.

Stacy Tallman, LMSW earned her Master of Social Work from Simmons University. She has over 10 years of experience working with children and families. Her experience includes school based therapy, individual therapy with all ages, family and couples counseling. She is currently providing services in our Chariton location.

Sierra Walker joined Infinity Health in 2022. She earned her Master of Arts in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Malone University in 2022. Sierra is a Smart Stepfamily Provider. She currently provides behavioral health services to patients in the Centerville office.

John Young, MS, LMHC, RPT joined Infinity Health in 2005. Mr. Young received his Masters of Science from Northwest Missouri State University. He currently serves patients in the Mount Ayr office and local schools.

Dr. Jacob Hopper joined Infinity Health in 2019. He earned his DDS from the University of Iowa. Dr. Hopper currently provides dental services in the Leon and Osceola offices.

Dr. Alli Frain joined Infinity Health in 2024. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Grand View University in 2019 and her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 2024. Alli is passionate about providing care to patients of all ages. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, golfing, and cooking new recipes.

Dr. Rodney Gold joined Infinity Health in 2023. He earned his DDS from the University of Iowa. Dr. Gold practiced in Bedford, IA and Tuscon, AZ prior to joining Infinity Health. Dr. Gold currently provides dental services in the Leon and Mount Ayr offices.

Brittany Schaeffer, RDH joined Infinity Health in 2021. She earned her Registered Dental Hygienist from Indian Hills Community College. Brittany currently provides dental hygiene services in the Leon facility.

Cameryn Gheer, RDH obtained her Associates of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Indian Hills Community College in 2020. Cameryn enjoys getting to know her patients and especially enjoys working with children. Her goal is to create an enjoyable, educational experience while you’re in her chair. She not only wants you to take care of your teeth, but she also wants you to know why it’s important! In her off time, you will most likely find her on a horse competing at barrel races and rodeos all over the Midwest.

Dr. Nathan Allen joined Infinity Health in 2013. He earned his DO from Des Moines University and he is Board certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Allen currently provides comprehensive medical services in the Leon and Lamoni facilities.

Michael Black is a Nurse Practitioner who has received his Master’s degree in Nursing as an ARNP at Graceland University in Lamoni where he grew up. Michael now lives south of Lamoni in the country where he enjoys spending time at home with his wife. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, and attending a good rock concert. Michael provides primary health care services at our Leon and Lamoni locations.

Elizabeth Brant, ARNP is native of Leon and a graduate of Central Decatur HS. Her educational background includes both Practical Nursing and Associate Degree Nursing from Southwestern Community College in Creston, Iowa; Bachelors of Science in Nursing from The University of Iowa, and Masters of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner – from Clarkson College in Omaha, Nebraska. She is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as well as a Board Certified Emergency Nurse.

Her professional background consists of 25 years of nursing with the past 15 years dedicated to Emergency/Trauma Nursing. Her nursing career has provided a vast array of experiences from rural hospital, urology clinic and surgery, cardiology, and lastly a large metro Emergency Department/Trauma Center where she served as staff nurse, nursing educator, and nursing supervisor. She is actively involved with the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) and has served for more than a decade on the Iowa ENA board of directors, currently serving as President-Elect.

Personally, she and husband, Travis, live on a small farm in central Iowa with their English Springer Spaniels. In their free time they garden, hunt, fish, raise honeybees and Springer Spaniels, and of course cheer on the Iowa Hawkeyes football and wrestling teams. Go Hawks!

Elizabeth joined Infinity Health in 2022 and serves as the Urgent Care provider at the Leon location.

Jordan McCloney joined Infinity Health in 2021. She is a native of Osceola and chose to work with Infinity Health because of her passion for learning more about people in the community on a more personal level to meet their health care needs. Jordan provides services at both the Lamoni and Leon locations.

Andrew Sullivan, PA-C joined Infinity Health in 2015. Andrew earned his Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Des Moines University. Andrew provides primary and preventive medical services in the Lamoni office.

Eugene Yoder, ARNP joined Infinity Health in 2013. He received his ARNP from Graceland University. Mr. Yoder currently provides services in the Leon facility on an as-needed basis.

Wendy Fluegel MD joined Infinity Health as medical director in October of 2023.  She has been a practicing physician, having many roles in health care.  Professional training has included board certification in internal medicine, pulmonary and sleep medicine with training at the University of Minnesota. She has been a partner in 2 medical groups practicing hospital and clinic based medicine in Des Moines for over 25 years. One of her ongoing interests is ensuring health care access to all.  Presently she is working part time as a locum physician in rural hospitals and ER. She enjoys teaching and learning.
