Infinity Health is excited to announce the implementation of a Patient and Family Advisory Council. We are looking for current as well as former patients who would make good candidates for serving in an advisory role. If you are a patient, family member or caregiver who receives services through Infinity Health you are encouraged to complete the questionnaire in the link below. This is a unique opportunity for you to become a part of information sharing, program development and collaboration with other patients, members of our health care team and stakeholders in the community.

What is a Patient and Family Advisory Council?

Patient and Family Advisory Councils serve to improve the patient experience through advocacy and a partnership among patients, families, community members and the health care team. Infinity Health is looking to develop a self-governing volunteer group comprised of current and former patients and caregivers who partner with our leadership, staff and providers to ensure the delivery of comprehensive and compassionate health care of the highest standard.
