Yes. Infinity Health has skilled family practice providers that are able to see babies, toddlers, teenagers, and adults.

Do I need to see an Infinity Health provider to use the pharmacy services?

No. All community members are able to utilize the pharmacy services located at the Leon Clinic. Call and talk to one of our pharmacists about transferring your prescriptions.

Does Infinity Health accept all forms of insurance?

Yes. Infinity Health accepts commercial, State Medicaid, and Medicare plans. Infinity Health also offers sliding fee scale options and payment plans to those who are uninsured.

Is Infinity Health part of Decatur County Hospital?

No. Infinity Health is a separate organization and is not owned, operated, or managed by any other organization.

Are your providers connected to any hospitals in any way?

Our providers provide care under Infinity Health’s leadership and clinical standards. While healthcare organizations may collaborate for patient referrals when needed.
