What a Patient and Family Advisory Council Does:

• Provides feedback to our staff on processes or a project we are working on.
• Act as a focus group to address goals, concerns, or issues to be addressed, from a patient’s perspective.
• Collaborate directly with staff of Infinity Health to best serve its patients.
